Will Overturn Roe v. Wade

How would Jesus feel if he was holding a baby in His arms – one Psalm 139:13-14 says He “knit together” in the womb – before an abortion?

“After an abortion, the abortionist has to gather every body part in order to assemble them so that he knows that he got out every body part from the woman’s womb,” Daniel D’Souza Gill told GODSPEED Magazine in an exclusive interview.

How would Jesus feel if He was holding the babies’ body parts after
an abortion?
“If he leaves any extra body parts in the womb, the woman could get an infection, so he has to make sure he gets every body part. I just think, what if the abortionist handed those body parts over to Jesus? I think Jesus would weep. I think He would be very sad.”

In her new book, The Choice: The Abortion Divide in America, D’Souza Gill, the daughter of New York Times bestselling author and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza, argues President Donald Trump’s recent nominee to the U.S.

Supreme Court, federal judge Amy Coney Barrett, could influence the “next 50 years of what our country could really look like.”

In the book, released by Center Street/Hachette Book Group, D’Souza Gill writes that in the years ahead there is a very good chance that the Supreme Court could move to a 6-3 majority, even a 7-2 majority, that could overturn the 1973 high court decision legalizing abortion in America.

This would signal not only a
“reconstructed Supreme Court,” but a "reconstructed America.”

“Are we ready to win in the courts? It’s something I talk about in the book because we could actually see the overturning of Roe. v. Wade not in 50 years, but very soon,” she says. “I think the pro-life movement needs to be ready. There are so many people who have prayed to end abortion and have really fought to end abortion.

Danielle addresses the media in San Antonio, Texas.
“I think that there is going to be a whirlwind that is going to be so much worse than anything we’ve seen from the Left with the overturning of Roe v. Wade, and we have to be ready for it.”

In The Choice, D’Souza Gill argues that abortion is at the center of the values the
Left has been trying to impose on the culture since the 1960s counterculture revolution, and now the “culture of great sex” and “doing whatever you want because you feel like it” is in jeopardy with President Donald Trump’s remaking of the judicial system that the Left has relied upon for decades to carry out their agenda.
“I think the Left knows that President Trump doesn’t just influence the next four years, but really could influence the next 50 years of what our country could really look like, and they don’t want to have to live with that legacy,” D’Souza Gill says.

She argues the Democratic Left has become radicalized on abortion, viewing it no longer as a necessary evil, but a positive good, and consequently they have legitimized a form of mass killing that dwarfs the deaths caused by cancer, smoking, homicide, terrorism and war.

About 60 million babies have been aborted in America since Roe v. Wade.

“The reason I call it the greatest form of mass killing is that when we can see the baby on the ultrasound, we can hear the heartbeat,” she says.

“We can see that they release the same stress hormones (during an abortion) that we do when we’re under duress. So, when a baby is going through an abortion, they release hormones like cortisol, which is what we do when we’re in pain.
“I think that we can also see the fact that this isn’t just about the early points of pregnancy. This isn’t just about when the heartbeat starts. This is about nine-month abortions, and that’s what is legal in New York and seven other states. We’re talking about points of viability and after when the baby can live on its own outside the womb. So, I do think it’s the greatest form of mass killing of our time and, unfortunately, I think many people are afraid to call it what it is, which is a human life.”

In her book, D’Souza Gill argues that abortion is the “great, unexamined” issue of our time and the “driving force” behind the Democratic Left’s all-out attack on America.

If you’ve wondered why the Democratic Left, international Deep State, and mainstream media engaged in a no holds barred war to topple the presidency of Trump, D’Souza Gill, a graduate of Dartmouth College, argues that abortion is a key underlying issue that epitomizes the values of the Left.

DEBUNKING THE PRO-CHOICE MYTHS
ONE CHAPTER AT A TIME
The Supreme Court can produce lasting changes in American society. Of course, court decisions affect a range of areas, but the single most important issue that the Left is concerned about, the single issue on which the court can have a decisive and momentous impact, is abortion. At the end of the day, the Left’s vehement hatred of Trump is rooted in his ability to move the courts in a pro-life direction.

“So, I think that this abortion issue really does boil below all these controversies that are going on today, especially the ones that we see the biggest heat from in the news,” she says.

She debunks the Left’s most popular pro-choice arguments. Each chapter is titled with a different pro-choice myth covering everything from, “A fetus is a cluster of cells” to “My Body, My Choice,” to “Abortion is a constitutional right” to “I am pro-life but I can’t impose my views on another person.”

The idea of, “I  can’t impose my views on another person,” became popular in the 1980s.

“(Former New York Gov.) Mario Cuomo argued this,” she says.” I think it was kind of an attempt to say, ‘Hey guys, I’m a good person. I’m just like you, but I can’t impose my views on another person.’ So, they had these pro-choice views. They just wanted to couch it in a way that made them not look as evil to the outside world. But we’ve seen them basically shed these views.
“Current (New York) Gov. (Andrew) Cuomo, (Mario’s) son, is the one who literally lit up the Freedom Tower in pink to celebrate these nine-month abortions that are legal in New York for no medical reason, no medical complication, just completely on-demand. So, when we look at this idea of, ‘I can’t impose my views on another person,’ I think it shows the fact that you actually always do impose your views on another person. There’s no such thing as not imposing your views because in an abortion that view is going to be imposed on the baby.”

With this kind of analysis, she explores the contours of the pro-choice camp in The Choice, engaging their most powerful arguments head-on, carefully examining them, and then dismantling them.

LEADING THE WORLD?Today, abortion is the greatest form of mass killing in the world by far. Abortion kills more people than war, famine, and genocide combined. In 2018, HIV/AIDS took 1.7 million lives, cancer took 8.2 million, and abortion took 41.9 million lives. And that’s in 2018 alone.
If Jesus was here now, D’Souza Gill says He would “absolutely not be in favor of this.”

“God sees all of this,” she says. “He knows what’s happening. I think this is something we should be united on as Christians in saying that we stand against this.
“But we happen to be the worst offenders in the United States,” D’Souza wrote. “We have an abortion industry; one might say a factory of mass killing.”
“There are amazing people who work with women every day in healing from having gone through an abortion, and I think that’s an amazing situation. That’s the great work that people do, but we have to stop the future abortions from happening. We have to stop it from being legalized, on-demand in the country because it will save hundreds of thousands of lives if we can work to stop it.”

The Love of God

A true story of Godspeed Magazine's 8-year journey doing God's will. Between 2008 and 2012 my life was in shambles, I lost my stepdad, helplessly watched my business implode, underwent a painful divorce, and lost custody of my only son (at the time). The Lord called me into His will in 2012 when I was recovering from major surgery by saying there would be a movement centered around a digital publication He called GODSPEED Magazine (GSM).
