THE EXCEPTION

Texas is where God breathed life into the nostrils of now 67-year-old Biocence Founder Allan Lord.

At just 15 years old, he hitchhiked across the United States. At 19, he went from knowing the God of religion to having a personal encounter with the power of Yeshua HaMashiach, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It was at a hippy commune called Gospel Outreach Lighthouse Ranch in Eureka California, to which Allan drove a '61 VW bus, that he was radically saved.

While walking in the gardens on the property, Allan plainly asked, “God, if you're out there, whoever this Jesus is, man, could You pass by me and tell me who You are? Because I'm confused. I don't know.”

Few people have a tangible experience like being knocked off a horse like Saul of Tarsus but God’s response to Allan in this moment was an exception. Allan described:

“I'm standing up and I went blind. I couldn't see anything.”

Allan heard voices in the background and repeatedly asked “What’s going on? What’s Happening? Why?” A deep conviction came over him as he audibly heard Jesus say, “I’m Jesus” and Allan fell to his knees immediately overwhelmed with a need to repent. “I felt very dirty. I felt very... like I was an unclean person …” He asked Jesus to forgive him right then and surrendered his life. Allan’s life in The Spirit had begun but God’s good plans were still unfolding

In his late twenties, Allan pursued a construction job with an overseas defense contractor and ended up working in Israel and the Middle East. He then applied for and gained Israeli citizenship. As the 1982 Lebanon War a.k.a. Operation Peace for Galilee broke out, Allan followed his father’s tradition of military service and joined the Israeli Defense Forces.

God’s heart surfaced in Allan’s intense compassion for veterans and it motivated him to find solutions for infectious disease.

During his interview Allan noted,
“More guys die from infections than they do bullet holes or anything else.”

About 10 years after his service in the IDF, Allan’s desire to save military lives led him to begin experimenting with botanical substances, compounds, and mixtures. He submitted his compounds to the Shriners Children's Burn Center in Galveston, Texas and said their response was, “Well, that's nice. Who are you? What's your background?”

But then, God interceded.

One of the two government BSL-4 laboratories in the United States at that time was doing animal studies. They’d had Allan’s compound on the shelf for some time and finally decided to review its effect on burns and animal skins under an electron microscope.

Allan received a call from the head of the lab that he says went like this, “Who are you? What's your background? What is this stuff?”And all he could say was, “What did you see? You wouldn't be calling me unless you saw something.”

Allan sat in awe as the head of the lab said,
“We're watching damaged cells regenerate at a speed, and under a powerful Microsoft electron microscope, that science has never seen before. So we don't know who you are, what you've got. But could you make us some more?”

It was around 2001 and Anthrax was attacking the United States. Known antibiotics were failing or having side effects and the scientists at the BSL-4 laboratory got some Anthrax spores on which they wanted to test Allan’s new compound.

Peer reviews of his botanical compound by the scientists were showing incredible lab results. Testing proved a 100% (FDA labeling requires "99.9%") eradication of Anthrax in 30 seconds. They tested it on herpes, whooping cough, pox viruses, and others. Each time the results were the same, 100% eradication (FDA labels "99.9%") in 30 seconds.

In a 2004 peer review of Biocence, Dr. John Heggers, Director of the BSL 4 laboratory in Galveston, Texas, a branch of the University of Texas Medical System and Clinical Investigator / Researcher at the Shriner’s Children's Burn Center in Galveston, Texas, submitted an article to the Journal of Burns and Wounds.

Dr. Steve Milner was the Editor of JBW at the time and also Director of the Children’s Burn Center at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD.

The article, “Combating Anthrax: The Anti-Infective Armamentarium,” was accepted by the JBW peer-review board of professionals, analyzing data on the BGP (now Biocence) efficacy in the laboratory against the Ames and Sternes strains of B. anthracis, both vegetative and spore forms.

A letter from Dr. Milner to Dr. Heggers regarding the Article stated that Dr. Steve Milner was very impressed with the methodology and the results.

Allan knew they were on to something
when the lab called to ask
if he could create a formulation
that could be submitted
to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS),
“Because they’re basically paying
for these studies...
(from) the grant money
that’s coming in.”

At that point Allan turned to God saying, “Okay Lord I’m nobody…” and that night he had a dream.

Allan’s wife remembers Allan getting up from the dream that night and writing the answers he’d received. How to do it. How to get all the supplies and combine them in a way that could be bottled. The next day the scientists acknowledged Allan’s exuberance with cynicism as he explained, “I had a dream last night and I was told this, this and this.”

But all the disbelief did not stop what God birthed in Allan. After years of faith-based scientific laboratory research and independent testing, Allan’s team of scientists and doctors were given another reason to rejoice. In October of 2012, the FDA officially approved Allan’s Biocence product for marketing with the national drug code #59998.

Today, ongoing laboratory science is amazing researchers. On July 9th of 2020, a U.S. government licensed virucidal BSL3 laboratory concluded, “Biocence W.S. Liquid Botanical Human OTC Drug (FDA NDC# 59998), ready to use, demonstrated a >99.9% the highest reduction in viral titer following a 30 second exposure time to SARS-Related Coronavirus 2 (which causes the disease named COVID-19) as compared to the titer of the corresponding virus control. Biocence eradicated 99.9% of COVID-19 in 30 seconds!
